Instructions:

1. Choose appointment, redeem coupon (if you have), and then click set time zone.

2. Choose an available date and click continue

3. Add in your details: name, phone number, email

4. Then pay now or pay with PayPal.

5. After you've done the steps above, scroll down below and click the blue button that says DONE

Make sure you have scheduled and paid for the appointment before clicking the button below! :)
